The Menchville Varsity Baseball team scrimmaged Grafton Monday afternoon. Menchville won 7-5, a close victory. This scrimmage is minor but is vital preparation for the season.

” We have to work on fine tuning some things, but we got a good bunch of guys on this team” said Coach Forbes after the game.

Ryan Webster, pitcher and first baseman said “I thought it was a good opening game for us as a team as it showed that we have a lot of potential to make some noise later on in the year.”
