(M)Pulse Undefeated

Saturday, March 5, (M)Pulse travelled to their final competition of the season and finished as Grand Champion of the B division. With the aid of director Jennifer Jarrett, choreographer Dean Pearson, and show band director Deborah Sarvay, (M)Pulse has been undefeated this season in their division. With tons of hard work and talent combined, this show choir season has been nothing but successful. Other awards won included “Best Dressed Director” awarded to Menchville’s own Mrs. Jarrett and “Best Solo” awarded to the fairy godmother of the show, Jiamond Davis. As this competition season comes to a close, members of (M)Pulse are more sentimental than ever before. “This has been an amazing season and I’m sad to say it’s over,” says Junior Sara Crain. Junior Alyssa Duong adds,”It’s been such a pleasure performing with such a talented group.” Senior Josh Jones looks back at his four years of participation in (M)Pulse saying, “I am so proud of what we accomplished together this year.” He, along with his peers, is extremely delighted with the outcome of the season and the payoff of all the hard work.
If you want to see this year’s show, the final performance is at Mencvhille on Tuesday, March 8th, in the auditorium at 6:30 pm for the Virginia Educators Credit Union Annual Meeting.
