“It” is a 2017 American supernatural horror film directed by Andy Muschiett, and based on a 1986 novel by Stephen King.  “It” premiered September 8, 2017 and the sneak peak trailers for this movie made it look absolutely crazy. When the movie premiered September 8th, it lived up to all my expectations.

The cast for the movie includes: Richie Tozier (Finn Wolfhard), Berverly Marsh (Sophia Lillis), Bill Denbrough (Jaeden Lieberher), Eddie Kaspbrak (Jack Dylan Grazer), Stanley Uris (Wyatt Oleff), Mike Hanlon (Chosen Jacobs) Georgie Denbrough (Jackson Robert Scott), It (Bill Skarsgård),

Georgie (played by Jackson Robert Scott)  and Bill are brothers.  Bill  (played by Jaeden Lieberher) goes crazy when Georgie goes missing.  Bill seems to be the only one worried about Georgie and he always has faith how Georgie will be found. Georgie disappeared when he randomly fell in the sewer. Basically, in the movie Bill and his friends are trying to find out what happened to Georgie.

Most people will enjoy watching this movie because it’s a competently made mainstream horror film with dozens of jumpy, scary moments and characters that you care about. Bill Skarsgard is chilling as the character It, and the rest of the cast is brilliant. You couldn’t ask for a better piece to inaugurate the Halloween season. Skarsgard was scary and gave me chills. He did a great job of being a spooky killing clown.

A very fun and entertaining horror movie. The plot was very in depth and showed the backstory for all seven of the main cast. The child actors were very good and the dialogue between them was very realistic and funny. The cast was great. I can see all of the kids in this movie going places. They all have great talent and they really give it their all in this movie. The kids also have some great chemistry and made the movie even more fun to watch. IT is definitely one of my favorite movies ever. Can’t wait for chapter 2!
