While you are getting all of your ingredients together, make sure your chicken has thawed completely.

The Ingredients and tools you will need to make this chicken are:

Mayonaise

Italian bread crumbs

(Shredded) Parmesan cheese

Salt And Pepper

Thawed Chicken Breasts

1 Baking Sheet

Tinfoil/ Parchment Paper

After the chicken has thawed, preheat your oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.

Place the raw chicken on the baking sheet and lightly season with salt and pepper. Make sure that the chicken isn’t wet so the ingredients don’t slide off.

Next, you’ll want to put enough mayonnaise on the chicken so that it covers the breasts completely.

Spread the mayonnaise on the chicken so that it is evenly distributed.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto the chicken, making sure that it is covered completely. (I like to use extra cheese on mine!) After cheesing your chicken, sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the cheese. If you want your chicken to be crispy, sprinkle a little extra on the the middle and ends of the chicken breast.

Make sure your chicken is in the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes. When you take the chicken out of the oven, slice one in half to make sure that it’s cooked. Enjoy!
