“We have so many activities that students don’t know about.”  – Mr. Surry

In order for students to discover what clubs and activities are available for students, Menchville sponsored an activities fair on Friday, September 26.  Students were invited to spend time in the small gym looking over displays and talking to club members.  The activity fair “gives the students a chance to ask questions and see what we offer,” says Mr. Surry. “If we don’t have something a student is interested in we can start a club  for it.”

Mr. Mercier, MHS activities director, was very pleased with the fair. “I think it is very successful; I think that students seem interested in what we have to offer; lots of clubs filled multiple sign up sheets; it was awesome and that the club sponsors and volunteers did an awesome job”
