Buddy’s Spaghetti Breakfast Cookies
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Re-runs of the classic movie Elf, starring Will Farrell, are playing one after the other. One of the most recognizable scenes of the film is Buddy’s spaghetti breakfast, where he is shown throwing in sprinkles, chocolate syrup, and other sweet toppings on top of his spaghetti. In this fun and easy film-inspired recipe, we will show you how to make Buddy’s spaghetti recipe in a delicious way.
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag of white chocolate chips (12 oz.)
- 3 Cups of chow mein noodles
- 1/2 Cup of marshmallow bits
- 1 Bottle of chocolate syrup
- 1 Jar of rainbow sprinkles
Directions:
- Melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between, until melted. Pour the chocolate into a large bowl and toss with chow mein noodles and marshmallow bits.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with a drizzle of fudge sauce and rainbow sprinkles and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
