On Friday, May 13, 2016, the Menchville Monarchs took on the Denbigh Patriots for their senior games. The Monarchs came out on top with the girls winning 8-0 and the boys winning 1-0. In between the girl’s and boy’s games, the senior recognition was announced by Menchville’s athletic director, Coach Henderson. Each senior was escorted by their families as their future plans and favorite memories of Menchville soccer were announced to the crowd.

Next, was Senior Nelia Perez. She was escorted by her mother, Aisha Perez. Nelia plans on playing soccer for Radford University this fall.
Senior, Taylor Fitzgerald was escorted by his parents and brother, Ian Fitzgerald. Taylor plans on attending Thomas Nelson Community College in the fall.
Senior, Cole Montgomery was escorted by his parents and sister. Cole plans on attending Thomas Nelson Community College in the fall.
