Activities Fair

It’s that time of the year again, Menchville Monarchs- the Activities Fair. The fair takes place this Friday, the 28th, in the small gym during  7th period as a way for new and old clubs to recruit members and make themselves known within the student body. Extracurriculars are a major part of the high school experience, and once you find the one that clicks, it can open up a whole new world of friends, fun, and connections.

Mr. Lumsden, the activities coordinator, says, “The activities fair is a two way street. It’s an opportunity for our activity sponsors to show their activities to the entire student body. At the same time, this is an opportunity for students who want to get involved, but don’t know what’s out there or don’t know exactly what a club is from a name on the list. They get to see all of the options, like a menu in a restaurant.”

We hope to see all of you at the Activities Fair tomorrow, and make sure to stop by the Lion’s Roar booth!
