MHS Pep Rally
The MHS Homecoming Pep rally vaulted into full swing on October 10th between 9:05 and 10:50. Menchville students gathered in the large gym to show their school spirit.
Competition between classes was fierce during the class challenges. In the first pep rally the Juniors showed their awesomeness by winning all three challenges: the frozen t-shirt contest, Scavanger Hunt Musical Chairs and the balloon pop.
Each class also showed their spirit by seeing who could most loudly complete the lyrices for selected songs. The seniors song was Turn Down For What by DJ Snake and Lil John while the Juniors blasted out the words to Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stafani. The Sophomores rocked with Radioactive by Imagine Dragons and the Freshmen thundered to Fancy by Iggy Azalia.
In the second pep rally the Seniors won the frozen t-shirt contest and Scavanger Hunt Musical Chairs while the Freshmen began carving out their Menchville space by winning the hula hoop line.
