Report it to the authorities, too
For official action, report unsafe products directly to the relevant U.S. agency:

- Food, drugs, supplements: FDA — Report a Problem
- Vehicles: NHTSA — Report a Safety Problem
- Scams & fraud: ReportFraud.ftc.gov (FTC)
