Menchville’s Class of 2022 was honored at their Senior Breakfast, held in Cafeteria 2, on the morning of April 20th. This marked the resurgence of the famous tradition since its cancellation over the last two years due to COVID-19. The theme of the occasion was Disney+, allowing for many costume variations. 

The seniors were served an array of breakfast options, including Panera bagels, Chick-fil-A chicken minis, and Krispy Kreme donuts. Junior class volunteers assisted Lanelle Campbell, senior class sponsor, with the distribution of food. 

After the feast, the attendees watched a slideshow created by the yearbook staff. It featured pictures from the seniors such as sports action shots, selfies, and spirit weeks. The highly anticipated reading of senior superlatives followed. Sophie Adkins and Nora Correrio, senior class officers, announced the winners and presented them with their certificates. The results are posted below.

The morning wrapped up with nominations for Prom royalty. Seniors received ballots to select two people they deemed fit for the esteemed title. Finally, there were opportunities for pictures around the cafeteria. A 2022 backdrop was the go-to site for most photoshoots. Memories like these should last forever.
