If you weren’t a baseball player, what would you play or do?

I’m also a basketball player, but I’d play football if I weren’t doing either.

Why do you play baseball?

I fell in love with the sport at a young age.

What are some of your future plans?

Definitely playing baseball, and maybe even basketball in college.

In your opinion, what do you think is the best thing about  your baseball team?

We have the confidence of getting that State Championship ring.

What are some of your other hobbies?

I like to lift weights and work out whenever I can.

What is your best coping mechanism when you need to settle and relax?

Listening to music really calms me.

Do you have a favorite motivational saying or quote?

My friend came up with a saying, “let’s get yoked,” or “let’s get stole,” and it really pumps us up.

If you had the opportunity to meet anyone, dead or alive, who would it be?

I would love to talk to LeBron James.

Who inspires you and why?

LeBron James is my inspiration because he’s the GOAT [greatest of all time] on and off the courts.

Who is your favorite teacher here at Menchville?

Coach Kuykendall is cool.

What is your favorite thing about Menchville?

All of my friends here really get me through the day.

If you could make everyone listen to one thing you had to say, what would it be? And What should people know about you?

I wish people would listen to me speak and just talk to me before assuming I’m a mean person. And I believe I’m quite a funny guy, people should know that.

Do you have hidden talents?

Yes, I have too many. They’re going to stay hidden.

What is your most favorite movie ever?

Like Mike (2002) is a childhood favorite.

What is a TV show you just cannot miss?

Gotham is my favorite, I cannot miss it.

What is your favorite food?

I just love grilled chicken and spinach.

Would you like to make a shoutout to anyone?

Jay Mendez because she’s been here for me since the start of middle school.
